By desire for transparency and because at Solidaire Inca Tour we wish to foster a sustainable relationship with our customers, please find below the presentation of our sale policy.

RATES

All rates are indicated in US Dollars. They include all taxes and legal commissions which can change without prior notice.

The prices indicated in our website are calculated per person and on the basis of groups.

RESERVATIONS

To make a reservation you have to fulfill a booking form available on our website.

This booking form can be either completed on line (booking form) or downloaded and sent by email  Esta dirección electrónica esta protegida contra spam bots. Necesita activar JavaScript para visualizarla or by Skype .

 

We will answer you as soon as possible letting you know about availability.

In the week following your reservation we will send you a service voucher, contractual document between both parts.

 

PAYMENT TERMS

Excepted special conditions beforehand negotiated, payment terms are the following ones.

 

Private circuits & tours

Is considered as a private tour or circuit any tour or circuit which number of participants is equal or lower than 9.

1. Private circuit: 50% of the total amount is required at the reservation and the other 50% should be paid at least 60 days before the departure date.
2. Private tour: 100% of the total amount is required at the reservation.

Circuits & tours in group

Is considered as a circuit or tour in group any circuit or tour which number of participants is equal or upper to 10.

If number of participants is lower than 10 those persons have the possibility of incorporating to an existing group on a planned date of departure in which case they will be within the framework of a circuit or a tour in group.

1. If the reservation is made within a minimum of 150 days before the planned departure date: 50% of the total amount is required when you make the reservation and then the balance should be full paid at least 60 days before the planned departure date.
2. If the reservation is made between 149 and 90 days before the planned departure date: 80% of the total amount is required when you make the reservation and then the balance should be full paid at least 60 days before the planned departure date.
3. If the reservation is made less than 90 days before the planned departure date: The full payment is required when you make the reservation.

 

Solidaire Inca Tour reserves the right to charge you penalty and even cancel the reservation if the balance is not fully paid according to schedule.

Solidaire Inca Tour will send you a first invoice the week following the reservation and a second one the week following the full balance payment.

1. INTERNATIONAL BANK DEPOSIT OR INTERNATIONAL TRANSFER

1. DEBIT CARDS (VISA/MASTERCARD/AMERICAN EXPRESS)

After checking your reservation you will be sent a secure link which will allow you to pay online through the Bizpay platform.

If you choose this mean of payment you will have to pay an extra charge of 5.9 % of the total amount set by Solidaire Inca Tour.

NOTE

All the transfer fees will be charged on the client or on the agency which will deal with reservations.

CANCELLATION OF RESERVATION

The cancellation should be confirmed by Solidaire Inca Tour by email considering the following rules:

Reservations for accommodations, public transportations, air tickets and other services are made on behalf of our customers. As a consequence, these reservations are subject to the reservation policy of the institutions previously mentioned which settle their case directly with the customer.

Regarding the services directly operated by Solidaire Inca Tour, any cancellation because of the traveler involves penalties according to the service in question and the remaining time prior to the execution of the service, among other factors.

Some penalties only represent the administration cost whereas other equal the total cost of the service.

Any service that would not have been carried out or would have been voluntarily cancelled by the customer during the trip will not be subject to any kind of compensation from Solidaire Inca Tour.

RESPONSIBILITY

Solidaire Inca Tour acts on behalf of its customers when booking transports, accommodations and other required tourist services. As a result Solidaire Inca Tour do not be held liable in case of accidents, losses, delays or interferences with the tour operator for reasons of force majeure or any other event that does not involve Solidaire Inca Tour responsibility, especially regarding programs and schedules

IMPORTANT

Solidaire Inca Tour will not be held responsible for any illness, physical or mental handicaps that may endanger the health or integrity of travelers during the process of the circuit or tour.

As a consequence, Solidaire Inca Tour will not accept any claim or refund due for any of the reasons previously mentioned.

We ask our customers to let us know the existence of any limitation from the beginning of the process so that we can offer appropriate services in order to satisfy our customers.

ITINERARY

In order to face hazards (such as modification of your arrival time and/or date, weather conditions, etc.), Solidaire Inca Tour may have to change the order of the planned activities. We reserve ourselves the right to make the appropriate changes without prior notice which would not have any impact neither on the integrity of your circuit or tour or on its cost.

AIR TICKET

Airfare is subject to availability and air companies may change prices without prior notice until tickets are issued. Once issued, air tickets are subject to the airlines own policy.
